9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Your data remains accessible until the end of the paid period. After cancellation you may export your data for 30 days.
Annual plans are billed once per year. Cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the remaining annual term.
10. Scope of Service — Healthcare Providers (HIPAA Notice)
ClienteleFirst-ai is designed for scheduling, CRM, payments, and business management for health, wellness, and beauty businesses. It is not intended for use as a system of record for protected health information (PHI) by HIPAA-covered entities (healthcare providers, health plans, or healthcare clearinghouses) or their business associates unless a separate written HIPAA-compliant agreement is in place.
